Please be advised that C Lash Bar reserves the right to cancle any pre-paid gift voucher if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours notice during C Lash Bar trading hours. Every effort will be made to re-book you if notice has been given more than 24 hours. However, there is no guarantee that an appointment will be available at any specific time or date. We have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Then, NO-SHOW customers will be charged equivalent for their booked service. If you arrive lately to your appointment the technician will work within your allocated time. So, we recommend arriving on time. Credit card details are required to secure any booking or half pre-payment.
